Star Sprite?
Say the poem,
Star Light,
Star Bright,
First Star I see tonight,
Wish I may, wish I might,
Have the wish I wish tonight!
Making your wish, you
will see the glimmer of a star, those little glimmers
are Star Sprites falling to earth to help your wishes
come true.

Sprite comes from a different constellation. Each one
has a color star stone that relates to the Zodiac sign
for the wish you make. They carry their silver star bucket
filled with stardust to sprinkle on your wish to make
it come true.
